Whats wrong with this car amp? - pyle bluewave subwoofers pics

My friend gave me his old amp. It Pyle BlueWave 2340 1000 watts. If the plug lights up and seems legitimate, however, do not play sound. I do not think it makes the same sums, if u Crank It Up We tried to connect speakers and subwoofer connected, and still no luck. I opened it and found something I never expected .. I can not really explain exactly what I've seen, not because I do not know what to say this part but I have 2 pictures of her:

What do u think is wrong? Remember lights! Another Fineg said, do not turn the bass, as the light of the "power" is not triggered. Is there anyway to solve this problem? or death? Other ideas?
